How long does it take for my order to be prepared after I place it?
Many of our products are specially made for you after you place your order. Therefore, production times may vary depending on the product category. We believe in meticulous craftsmanship rather than rushed production.
Does the product arrive exactly as shown?
No. As each product is handmade, it may have slight variations. In ceramics, variations in glaze flow, texture, and surface details, and in textile products, the natural character of handmade production make each piece unique.
Are minor imperfections in the products normal?
Yes. Instead of flawless mass production, we love the natural marks left by the human touch. Small variations are part of the character of our products.
Are the ceramic products suitable for contact with food?
Yes. The glazes and surfaces used are food-safe. However, hand washing is recommended for long-lasting use.

Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we mainly sell online. However, we are nurturing the dream of a concept store in the future where workshops, the aroma of coffee, and art come together.
